The dried berries can be ground to use like pepper.
The berries are used to treat menstrual problems such as pre menstrual syndrome (breast tenderness, bloating, irritability, depression), regulates irregular or absent periods. Beneficial for infertility and to increase breast milk production. Needs to be taken long term (at least 6 months).

Regulates hormones, increases progesterone, increases breast milk production.
