Rose hips are a good source of Vitamin C, lycopene and other carotenoids. It is used for colds and flu, gastritis and diarrhoea. The rosehips can be made into a syrup and used like cordial as a nutritional supplement for children.
Add rosehips to variety of herbal and fruit infusions to add both flavour and nutrition.
Rosehips can also add a zing to soups, flavour to jams and jellies and pairs nicely with apples.
